$3 Ombre Pumpkin Door Hanger can be made in under 20 minutes, it’s so easy!
Grab your supplies:
-Aluminium Round Tray
-Green Ribbon
-Green Tissue Paper
-Paint Brush
-Orange Paint
*To achieve the ombre look you’ll also want another paint color. I used yellow, but white would be another option.
First– Grab your paint brush and your paint. I started with a blob of yellow and then added orange (I added half as much orange as there was yellow). Start painting the top of the tray.
Next, you’ll want to add more paint so create your next color mixture by a blob of yellow and equal amount of orange paint. Paint across and blend slightly with the above color.
Last, Â you want all orange. Continue painting and blend slightly with the above color.
Second– Take your ribbon and drape it over itself 3 times. I love wire ribbon because it molds great!
Third– Take your green tissue paper and tightly begin rolling in. At the end of my stack, I had a tightly scrunched stem!
Now hang up and enjoy 🙂
How cute and affordable! I can’t wait to make one.
